I had Philips paint the exterior of my home a while back. I was so happy with the work they did I had them come back to give me a quote for painting my decorative metal fence. I accepted their bid and they did a fantastic job. The prepped the surface, primed and then hand applied an alkyd enamel rust resistant high gloss paint. The fence looks fantastic (I'm sure my neighbors are happy too). I highly recommend Philips Painting. Aurora Home Painting

I hired Israel General Painting to paint the exterior of my house. He helped with color schemes and also getting samples to test. As we decided on the colors he washed and prepared the house then primed and painted. Did a great job. He was very flexible with color changes. He also did a different color around doors and windows with no extra charge. He also primed and painted the porch. He was quite punctual unless my experience with other contractors, which was really good. After the painting was done he also cleaned the roof and around the house and putting back the things in place. We ended up with him painting a room in the house as well (of course that’s with a new quote). I highly recommend Israel General Painting for your painting needs. I plan on hiring Israel again to paint the interior of the rest of my house next year! Home Painters Aurora CO
The quality of your previous paint job, your climate and your home’s siding material may also factor in. Vinyl siding might never require repainting, but many homeowners choose to paint it once the original color starts to fade, usually after 10 to 15 years. Wood siding usually needs to be repainted every three to seven years, stucco every five to 10 years, brick and concrete siding every 10 to 15 years and metal siding every five years.
